- can I cancel my order?

all sales are final. if you would like to apply for a return, once you've received your package please visit our refund policy page and go through our policy regarding a refund inquiry. 


shipping

- do you ship internationally?

currently we only ship to Canada. just be sure to check the items you are ordering will clear customs. 

- what shipping carriers do you use?

we use USPS or UPS for our domestic orders (USA) as well as our international orders (CANADA) 

- how long does it take to process my order?

once payment has been made, 100% of our orders leave our fulfillment center within 1-2 days, unless due to hazardous conditions or holiday delays. 

- how long does shipping take?

for shipments inside the (USA) approximately (3-7) business days depending on the method of shipment chosen at checkout.

for shipments outside the (USA) approximately (3-20) business days depending on the method of shipment chosen at checkout. please take into consideration there can be customs delay in some countries.
